880.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 880.09(d) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
   In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the Municipality who violates the provisions of Section 880.09(d), relative to the disclosure of confidential information, shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
   (c)   Any person who shall fail, neglect or refuse to make any return or declaration required by this chapter shall be subject to the levy and imposition of a fifteen dollar ($15.00) fee for failure, neglect or refusal to file as required by this chapter in lieu of assessment provisions of this chapter, at the option and discretion of the Administrator.
