(a) The Administrative Officer or his/her designee shall, randomly, and at least four times a year, inspect that portion of the skill-based arcade or business open to the public and licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The Administrative Officer shall, from time to time, request the local governing health department to randomly inspect that portion of each arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder, in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter and relevant governing health department regulations.
