856.13 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   (a)   It shall be cause for revocation of any skill-based arcade license and/or device license tag required under this chapter, by issuing authority, or for non-renewal of such license, for an operator or operator's officers, directors, agents, or employees, trustee, 25% of the shareholders of an operator, or any other person to:
      (1)   Operate a Class I skill-based amusement arcade without a valid arcade license issued by the City;
      (2)   Operate or permit to be operated any skill-based amusement device without a valid license tag upon that device;
      (3)   Fail to display any license or license tag required by this chapter;
      (4)   Provide any false or misleading information in the material submitted during the application or licensing process;
      (5)   Permit any violation of any ordinance or regulation of the City, regulation of the County, including but not limited to the rules of the local governing health department, statute of the State to take place at any skill-based amusement arcade operated by such operator;
      (6)   Knowingly allow gambling on the premises;
      (7)   Tamper or allow tampering with any skill-based device, license or license tag;
      (8)   Tamper or allow tampering with any computer board, computer board seal, marking or serial number;
      (9)   Transfer or alter any license issued under this chapter;
      (10)   Transfer, addition or replacement of any skill-based amusement device without required approval and licensing;
      (11)   Fail to comply with any provisions of this chapter;
      (12)   Be convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude.
   (b)   Upon inspection, if any tampering to any required license tags has occurred, the specific device, game or machine shall be seized, the appropriate State and local authorities shall be notified, and a five thousand dollar ($5,000.00) fine shall be imposed for each tampering occurrence and the arcade may be closed for business.
   (c)   If at any time skill-based amusement devices are transferred, added or replaced without proper approvals or licenses, the devices shall be impounded until properly licensed and a full year license tag fee shall be charged.
