Each skill-based amusement arcade license and/or license tag issued under this chapter shall be valid only so long as the skill-based amusement arcade is operated by the operator listed on such license and conditional use application and at the place of business listed thereon. Each skill-based amusement device shall be valid for operation or use only as long as the amusement device has displayed upon it a current, unaltered City license tag, or until the license is revoked by the City or until such skill-based devices are determined to be games of chance or otherwise deemed illegal by the State of Ohio or a court of competent jurisdiction. Upon being granted a license for a skill-based amusement arcade and/or license tags for skill-based amusement devices or machines, no person shall fail to display such license or tag(s) in a conspicuous place on the arcade premises or upon an amusement device.
