848.34 LOCATION OF WELLS, TANK BATTERIES AND ACCESS ROADS; LISTS OF SUBCONTRACTORS.
   (a)   The wells, tank batteries and access roads shall be located as shown on the approved site plan.
   (b)   The applicant shall provide a list of all subcontractors, including the brine disposal subcontractor, with names, mailing addresses and telephone numbers.
