848.22 MAINTENANCE OF WELL SITES; INGRESS AND EGRESS; LANDSCAPING.
   (a)   The applicant shall install a forty-foot long culvert, as approved by the City Engineer, at each entrance or exit, to provide for a gravel cushion at the road edge to prevent berm and roadway destruction. Further, a gravel entry roadway, a minimum of twelve feet wide, shall be laid to the well site to reduce the amount of mud being carried to the right-of-way.
   (b)   The well site shall be landscaped and maintained in a manner approved by the City Council.
   (c)   All access roads shall be twelve feet in width and constructed and maintained in a manner to allow access to and egress from the well site by public safety vehicles under all climatic conditions.
   (d)   A steel culvert pipe, a minimum of thirty feet in length, shall be put in the drainage swale for access to the well site.
