848.17 EXISTING APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS.

All applications for permits, which have not been placed on the agenda of the Planning Commission on the date of passage of this chapter (Ordinance 91-1987, passed December 22, 1987), shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter.
