An applicant who has received drilling unit authorization and has realized a producing well shall submit to the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection of the City of Norton copies of easements or options for easements for a pipeline where the pipeline will be crossing other property, and shall also provide a copy of an agreement or option for the location for storage tanks should there be a producing well.
