812.04 WAIVER OF FEE IN CIVIC INTEREST.

All circuses or other entertainment duly licensed under this chapter, which is given or sponsored by any public or private school, service club, church or religious society, nonprofit charitable organization, civic organization or lodge, may receive a license from the Chief of Police without charge.
