A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year shall be charged for a license issued to any astrologer, fortuneteller, life reader, clairvoyant or palmist.
For all other acts or exhibitions licensed or regulated herein, the fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per day or one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week.
