A service fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged to an alarm user for every deceptive alarm, after the first deceptive alarm in each quarter of a calendar year, to which the Police or Fire Division is required to respond in accordance with its standard operating procedure. The service fees will be invoiced monthly through the Office of the Administrative Officer and are due within thirty days after invoicing. A service fee may be waived by the Director of Public Safety upon the recommendation of the Police Chief or the Fire Chief.
