(a) A person who violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(b) A person found guilty of a misdemeanor pursuant under this chapter who commits a second or subsequent violation within a period of one year from the date of the first shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(c) Each day on which a violation of this chapter occurs shall be considered a separate and distinct violation.
(d) Strict liability is intended for violations of this chapter.
