(a) Pursuant to Section 414.03(3)E., the following intersection is hereby designated as an intersection in the City where a right turn against a steady red signal is prohibited during the times designated: Cleveland-Massillon Road and Greenwich Road-Norton Avenue.
No person shall make a right turn against a steady red signal at such intersection during school hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).
(b) Signs reading "No Turn on Red During School Hours - 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M." shall be posted at the four corners of the intersection described in subsection (a) hereof.
