412.07 DRIVING ANIMALS ON STREETS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
No person shall drive or cause to be driven any drove of animals upon or through any street, highway or public ground without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Mayor or the Director of Public Safety.
