404.11 USE OF FICTITIOUS NAME AFTER CITATION.

No person charged with violating any of the provisions of this Traffic Code shall present a citation tag or file a written plea of guilty with the Clerk of the Mayor's Court or the Mayor under a name other than his or her correct and true name.
