282.03 ELECTION OF MEMBERS BY FIRE DIVISION.
   (a)   The election of the two members of the Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Board by the members of the Division of Fire and Emergency Medical Services shall be held each year on the first Monday of December. The Secretary of the Board shall give notice of such election by posting it in a conspicuous place at the Fire Station. Between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the day designated, each person in the Division who, by its rules, is designated a member thereof, shall send by mail or otherwise, in writing, the names of two persons, members of the Division, who are his or her choice.
   (b)   All votes cast at such election shall be counted and recorded by the Board, which shall announce the results. The two members receiving the highest number of votes shall be members of the Board for the ensuing year. If any two persons receive a tie vote, the election shall be decided by lot or in any other way agreed upon by the persons for whom such tie vote was cast.
