254.03 PLANNING ADVISOR.

   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Planning Advisor.

   (b)   The Planning Advisor shall have such duties and responsibilities as are set forth in Exhibit A, attached to original Ordinance 30-1988, passed May 23, 1988, and made a part hereof as if fully written herein.

   (c)   The Planning Advisor shall be in the unclassified service.
