The definitions and indexes established herein are intended to provide clarification regarding the classifications of roads and right-of-ways, etc., but is not intended to interfere with existing definitions or road construction requirements as contained in the Subdivision Regulations or with the Traffic Code and its provisions. The definitions and indexes adopted herein do not repeal any definitions otherwise contained in the codified ordinances of the City of Norton, and in the case of any conflict in definitions or classifications, the definitions and terms in the Subdivision Regulations shall govern in matters related to subdivisions, and the Traffic Code definitions and terms shall govern in the enforcement of the Traffic Code.
