246.04 UNION REPRESENTATION.

Persons who are assigned to work within the Division of Repair and Maintenance shall be entitled to be represented by the same union that is recognized as the bargaining agent for the Division of Streets and Highways, with the same benefits provided by the agreement between the union and the City.
