(a) There is hereby established an annual uniform allowance (the "uniform allowance") to be paid to part-time patrolmen (as defined in Section 240.03) of the Division of Police.
(1) All part-time patrolmen employed by the Division of Police as of January 1 of such year, payment in full of the uniform allowance for such year; and
(2) For all part-time patrolmen employed by the Division of Police after January 1 of such year, a pro-rata amount of such uniform allowance as determined by the Administrative Officer in his or her sole discretion.
(b) The Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the uniform allowance to all part-time patrolmen employed by the Division of Police from funds of the City previously appropriated by Council for such purpose.
(c) The clothing allowance for the Chief of Police and Police Captain shall be the same amount that is paid to full-time members of the Police Division.
