240.02 POLICE CAPTAIN.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Police Captain in the Division of Police.
   (b)   The duties of the Police Captain shall be determined by the Chief of Police and the Director of Public Safety.
   (c)   The salary for the Police Captain shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) higher than the annual maximum base salary for the Police Lieutenant.
