There is hereby established in and for the City a special fund to be known as the DWI Enforcement and Education Fund, under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A). The Chief Fiscal Officer shall maintain this Fund for monies received from fines imposed for various convictions, and any expenditures from such Fund shall be used to pay only those costs the City incurs in enforcing Ohio R.C. 4511.19 or a substantially similar Municipal ordinance, and in educating the public on laws governing the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, the dangers of the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and other information relating to the operation of a motor vehicle and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
