234.07 LAW ENFORCEMENT MANDATORY DRUG FINE FUND.

(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund, such Fund to be used to subsidize law enforcement efforts, the establishment of said Fund to be accomplished upon receiving the permission of the Auditor of State.

(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to request approval for the establishment of said Fund from the Auditor of State.
