220.05 BUDGET ADMINISTRATOR.

(a) There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Budget Administrator, who shall be an unclassified Council employee, who shall review the budget and financial matters of the City, and who shall be an advisor to Council. The Budget Administrator shall be appointed and removed by the President of Council.

(b) The Budget Administrator shall perform services on an assignment basis.
