220.04 STENOGRAPHER.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the City the position of stenographer.
   (b)   The duties of the stenographer shall be to attend and to take and reproduce the minutes of Council meetings, Planning Commission meetings and Board of Zoning and Building Appeals meetings, and such other duties as may be assigned to such stenographer by Council.
