220.03 DEPUTY CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Deputy Clerk of Council.
   (b)   The terms and conditions of employment for the Deputy Clerk of Council, including the compensation for such position, shall be as determined from time to time by Council.
