§ 35.074 STATEMENT OF VALUE.
   The borough hereby generally incorporates by reference the provisions of § 1109-C of the Pennsylvania Realty Transfer Tax Act, 72 P.S. § 8105-C, relating to requirements for a statement of value accompanying a document presented for recording.
