§ 154.008 AMENDMENTS TO THIS CHAPTER.
   Within the requirements of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq., Borough Council may amend, or repeal any or all, portion of this chapter on:
   (A)   Its own motion; or
   (B)   After agreeing to hear a written request of any person, entity, landowner or the Planning Commission.
