In developments where the developer desires to provide street trees, the trees should be:
(A) Of a minimum caliper of one and one-half inches;
(B) Planted between the sidewalk and setback line at least five feet from the sidewalk;
(C) Uniformly spaced not less than 50 feet nor more than 100 feet apart along the entire length of each street within the development; and
(D) Varieties acceptable to the borough; these varieties include:
(1) Cleveland Pear;
(2) Columnar Norway Maple;
(3) Ginko (Male);
(4) Greenspire Linden;
(5) Little Leaf European Linden;
(6) Marshall’s Seedless Ash;
(7) Norway Maple;
(8) Pine Oak;
(9) Pyramidal European Hornbeam;
(10) Red Oak;
(11) Sugar Maple; and
(12) Tulip Poplar.
