§ 153.101 STREETS.
   (A)   Streets must be surfaced to the grades and dimensions drawn on plans, profiles and cross-sections submitted by the developer and approved by the borough. Before paving the street surface, the developer must install required utilities and provide, where necessary, adequate subsurface drainage for the streets, as acceptable to the borough.
   (B)   The construction of all streets for acceptance by borough shall comply with current borough specifications.
   (C)   The borough shall decide if a collector or arterial street is required as a direct result of the construction of the development, in which case the developer is responsible for paving the additional width required.
