§ 153.037 SUBMISSION OF PLANS.
   (A)   Not less than ten days before the regular Borough Council meeting, applications for approval of preliminary and final plans for all proposed land developments lying within the borough shall be submitted to the Borough Codes Enforcement Officer, who in turn shall initiate the review process and notify the Borough Council. Such submission of plans shall be accompanied by a fee as specified in § 153.168.
