§ 150.28 BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The borough shall enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement creating a County Board of Appeals with the county for purposes of complying with the Code requirement that a five member Board of Appeals be appointed to hear appeals from decisions of the Municipal Code Administrator.
