§ 113.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE SALE or YARD SALE. The offering for sale of personal effects, furniture or other personal property on the premises of the owner or any other place in the borough except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
