(A) The owner of real estate on which an alarm system is located shall be charged an administrative fee in an amount as established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council for each false alarm in excess of three per calendar year.
(B) In addition to the foregoing provisions, the borough in which an alarm system has been declared a public nuisance as herein provided may bring appropriate legal proceedings in equity or otherwise to prohibit the continued use of such system and to collect any and all damages on behalf of the borough resulting from the use of such system.
