§ 34.05 NOTIFICATION OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS.
   The Secretary of the Borough shall transmit a certified copy of this chapter promptly to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Affairs.
