§ 91.07 POWER TO ADOPT REGULATIONS.
   The Council of the borough or its duly authorized enforcement agent shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations governing the issuance of permits and the terms and places where burning may take place reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of this subchapter.
