SCHEDULE IX. TRUCK TRAFFIC RESTRICTED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle, other than a passenger car, or a truck whose gross weight exceeds four tons, on any of the following streets or parts of streets.

      (2)   Provided, nothing in this schedule shall prohibit any person from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets or for driving on any of those streets, or parts of street, a truck or any other commercial vehicle whose gross weight is in excess of four tons for the purpose of making local deliveries to or pick-ups from premises located along that street or part of the street
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 and costs of suit in a summary proceeding brought before the local district justice of the peace.
