SCHEDULE IV. INTERSECTIONS WHERE TURN PROHIBITED ON RED SIGNAL.
   (A)   The following are established as intersections where drivers of vehicles headed in the direction or directions indicated are prohibited from making a right turn (or a left turn from a one-way street into another one-way street) on a steady red signal:
 
Intersection
Vehicles Traveling on
Seventh and George
West on East Seventh
East on West Seventh
 
   (B)   Any driver of a vehicle who violates any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
