(A) Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon receiving written notice of such violation from the Borough Fire Chief, the Northern Regional Police or the Borough Enforcement Officer, pay to the borough a penalty of $10 within ten days of the time said notice is delivered. The placing of such notice on the motor vehicle or other obstruction to a fire lane shall constitute delivery thereof.
(B) Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter, and shall refuse to pay to the borough the penalty prescribed in division (A) above, shall, upon summary conviction before a district magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and the costs of such prosecution.
