§ 74.03 REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
   The Fire Marshal or any Fire Chief of any Fire Department, or any member of the North York County Regional Police Force of North York Borough, or the Borough Enforcement Officer, may at any time cause to be removed any obstruction of a fire lane or any motor vehicle parked in violation of the restricted areas around a fire hydrant and such removal shall be at the expense of the person responsible for said obstruction.
