§ 53.064 RE-SUBMISSION OF DISAPPROVED SWM SITE PLANS.
   A disapproved SWM site plan may be resubmitted, with the revisions addressing the municipality’s concerns as stated regarding the original submission, to the municipality in accordance with this subchapter. The applicable review fee must accompany the submission of a revised SWM site plan, unless such fee is waived by the municipality. (See § 53.063.)
