One person shall be elected as Borough Manager by majority of all the members of the Borough Council, from time to time and whenever there is a vacancy in the office. The Manager shall be subject to removal at any time by a majority vote of all the members of the Council. The Manager shall be paid for any unused vacation and personal leave. Should the Manager elect to resign the position, the Council shall be given ten days’ written notice.
