(a) No person shall make, continue or cause to be made or continued, at any swimming pool, unnecessary, excessive or offensive noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others, particularly between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
