1604.03 INSPECTION SERVICES AND FEES.

   In addition to the fees set forth in Section 1604.02, on an annual basis, the following schedule of fire prevention inspection fees shall be paid by any person, firm or corporation doing business in the City for any of the following inspection services performed by the Fire Department:

      INSPECTION SERVICE         FEE TO BE PAID

   (a)   Required annual or initial occupancy

      fire safety inspection.            $25.00

   (b)   Required follow-up fire safety

      inspection.               15.00

   (c)   The presence of a fire official

      at any required acceptance test

      is included in the plan review

      fee on a first time basis.

      Should subsequent tests become

      necessary for whatever reason,

      said fee will be paid for each

      subsequent test.            50.00

      INSPECTION SERVICE         FEE TO BE PAID

   (d)   Fire flow tests. All fire flow

      tests conducted by the Fire

      Department for the determination

      of the application of required

      fire flow.               $50.00

   (e)   Plan reviews. Fire detection,

      suppression and plan reviews to

      include automatic sprinkler

      reviews, standpipe reviews,

      carbon dioxide suppression

      systems, Halon 1301 suppression

      systems, dry chemical suppression

      systems, and alarm and detection

      systems.               50.00

   (f)   Special event inspections shall

      be required for use of a facility

      beyond its normal use, i.e. auto

      shows and boat shows. This is to

      ensure proper fire safety, load

      and egress.               25.00

   (g)   Occupancy permits. In all places

      of assembly, occupancy shall be

      determined by the Fire Department      (Initial) 50.00

      and certified annually thereafter.      (Annual) 25.00
