A. Violation: It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, engage in, maintain, operate, carry on or manage any business, occupation, activity or establishment, either by himself or through an agent, employee or partner, contrary to the standards and regulations set forth in this chapter.
B. Penalty: Any person, corporation or organization violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day of violation and each violating location shall be considered a separate offense under this subsection. (Ord. 2007-03, 2-14-2007, eff. 6-1-2007)
