6-9-13: VIOLATIONS OF PEDICAB DRIVER:
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any driver of a pedicab, while on duty, to:
   A.   Drink any intoxicating liquor;
   B.   Use or be under the influence of any unlawful drugs;
   C.   Use any profane or obscene language; or
   D.   Disturb the peace in any way. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
