6-9-12: NON-TRANSFERABILITY:
   A.   A pedicab license decal is non-transferable.
   B.   Each license shall last from the date of issuance until the end of the village fiscal year which ends on March 31 each year. Regardless of what date the license is obtained, the fee in regard to obtaining the license remains the same. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
