6-9-9: DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION:
   A.   Any violation of this chapter by the holder of a license issued hereunder shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the license by the Village President.
   B.   Any denial of license application for either a pedicab business and/or a pedicab operator may be appealed to the Circuit Court of LaSalle County under the Administrative Review Act of the State of Illinois. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
