6-9-8: OPERATION ON THE STREETS OF THE VILLAGE:
   A.   No pedicab shall be operated upon the streets of the village for transporting person(s) for hire or by contract unless licensed by the Village Clerk.
   B.   Each pedicab will be equipped with a fiberglass pole with an orange flag attached to the rear of each cab as a warning/notice of the pedicab, or such other warning/signal as may be approved jointly by the Chief of Police. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
