Upon receipt of the completed application for the pedicab business license, approval of the route and operations schedule, filing of insurance as required, and payment of the application and license fees, in the event that the Village Board of Trustees within the appropriate discretion of the Board of Trustees should deem it appropriate to issue a license and should vote to approve a license, the Village Clerk shall issue a pedicab business license to the applicant.
